Training Management

Radiance supports innovation in training management by following defined processes from content generation to content delivery. Key to our process is the heavy use of COTs/GOTs solutions to content generation and SCORM/xAPI compliance.

Courseware Development

The xAPI framework is the successor to Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM). The xAPI framework is critical to enabling the next generation of learning metrics for analysis and feedback.

Student Instruction

Radiance follows a simple four step process for meeting student instruction requirements. Key to this process is stakeholder evaluation at every step to ensure feedback is implemented.

Acquisition Logistics: Radiance Technologies provides Acquisition Logistics SME support to execute the equipping of Converge Infrastructure (CI) and Global Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) for the Operational Intelligence Ground Station in support of Force Protection operations Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS).

Team knowledge of the acquisition and technology implementation processes provides exhaustive research and participation in the development, production, integration, testing, training, operational employment support, and sustainment of multi-discipline Army ISR platforms and ISR PED related systems.

Radiance analysts and trainers plan, train, resource, assess/evaluate, and operationally support the SMDC 1st Space Brigade S3 Space Control mission in current and future space operations, serving as Space Control Technical Advisors for training and standardization, operations, and plans. Radiance trainer/evaluators also provide space and cyberspace systems training and certification support to deployed Theater Missile Warning (TMW) Detachments/Companies, Army Space Support Teams (ARSSTs), Space Control Planning Teams, Space Control Detachments, and Special Missions Detachments.

Our AFSIM, ITASE and TMAP teams develop consolidated training packages for operators that reflects the current state of MS&A tools and models. We enhance user and analyst capabilities through data visualization & exploration, tooling, training, and correct, concise, complete documentation. Radiance has executed over fifty AFSIM user & developer training courses, both government-sponsored by AFRL/RQ and commercial, under the official AFSIM Training ITA, as well as developing and maintaining AFSIM training materials. Radiance provides training in classified and unclassified environments to DoD and IC customers across the U.S. We provide deskside training, repository building and video presentations to demonstrate enhanced feature utilization.
