Leadership Development at Radiance is a three-tiered approach to give employee-owners the tools and resources they need in advance of assuming increasingly greater leadership roles. Each tier offers tailored learning and development experiences that enable employees to move through the pipeline successfully by imparting the time applications, work values, and skills required at each level of leadership.
One of our strengths lies in our collaboration, and Communities of Interest (COI)s facilitate that strength. So, let’s put our heads together to create the best solutions for ourselves and our customers! Employee-led COIs bring employees together from across business groups to collaborate in a specific technical discipline.
We believe in the power of support and connection right from the start. Our new hires are paired with dedicated onboarding guides who will ensure their smooth transition into our vibrant work culture. We understand that employees helping employees is a win-win situation, fostering lasting connections that span the entirety of their career journey.
For those employee-owners eager to enhance their skills, whether in a technical discipline or a leadership role, we offer the opportunity to be matched with a voluntary mentor. Through personalized mentorship sessions, both mentors and mentees benefit from developing meaningful bonds while honing valuable skills. Radiance University partners with Auburn University to offer our employee-owners fully reimbursed opportunities for three degrees: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Engineering Management (MEM), and Master of Science - Industrial and Systems Engineering (MSISE). The Radiance cohort model fosters success as you collaborate with fellow employee-owners during your higher education journey.
Radiance provides AFSIM (Advanced Training for Simulation, Integration & Modeling) Support Training for the current Government-approved AFSIM version.
