About Radiance Gives

Established in 2022, Radiance Gives is an employee-run charitable organization benefiting the communities where our employee-owners work and live. Radiance Gives seeks to improve our communities through innovating a culture of strong social responsibility, doing the right thing, and serving our neighbors. The Radiance Gives Board of Directors works to align community needs with opportunities for employee engagement and distribution of resources.

Through this organization, Radiance employee-owners are able to lead and serve through contributing pre-tax dollars to fund grants for eligible 501(c)(3) organizations, participating in coordinated volunteer activities, and providing supplies to those in need through various drives and collections. Our focus areas are STEM and education programs and assistance programs for veterans and children.

Radiance partners with the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville to manage the fund. We cover the administrative fees of the fund so that 100% of employee contributions can be applied to grant awards.

Grants periods are October 1st – March 31st and April 1st – September 30th of each year.
