We design, develop, and build tools and algorithms that are required to perform complex MASINT missions and associated technical disciplines. The detection and exploitation of signature information within signals from the MASINT data sources requires deep technical expertise in signal processing, radar and radio-frequency (RF) systems, and spectro-radiometry, as well as insight into the target phenomenology and sensor characteristics. Our team develops software to analyze EO signatures from MASINT platforms; develop techniques for satellite change detection, predictive, and pattern-of-life analysis for RF MASINT; and assess bistatic tools, products, and processes for future improvements.
We develop innovative software technology solutions for customer’s operational requirements in Space Domain Awareness; Space Situational Awareness; OPIR Analysis, Target Extraction, Tracking and data viewing; Tool and Data Assessments; Bistatic Utility Assessments and Sensor Prototype Evaluation and Modeling and Simulation, including end-to-end systems, sensors, and EO/IR signatures R&D.
We provide exceptional geospatial intelligence analysis to our IC customers’ mission requirements. Our team consists of ~50 employees with a wide range of experience and expertise to support second and third phase intelligence, including literal and non-literal active and passive sensors GEOINT analysis, multi-INT analysis, space situational awareness, moving target intelligence analysis, operational intelligence analysis, data science, machine learning, structured observation management (SOM), GIS analysis, and infographics production.
Radiance provides leading subject matter experts (SME) in various disciplines including geographic information and systems (GI&S); image processing; intelligence tasking, collections, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED); sonar signal processing; data science; artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML); environmental assessments; systems and software engineering; and Unmanned Underwater Systems (UxS) platforms and subsystems expertise. We interact with over 30 resident agencies in Stennis, MS engaged in space and environmental programs.
We specialize in delivering geospatial software, solutions, and intelligence products to the warfighter. Radiance has strong GI&S capabilities and is an active member of the geospatial technology community. We understand the technology landscape well and provide advisory and SETA-like support services to our customers. We are business partners with Esri, developers of the popular commercial ArcGIS application suite. We also develop extensions and plug-ins to free and open-source solutions such as Geoserver. We are active members of the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF). Trajectory Magazine listed Radiance Technologies as one of the Top 5 contractors supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Geospatial analysis and Intelligence preparation are also Radiance core competencies. We have been the primary contractor for CNMOC's Surf Eagle Intelligence Program for over 12 years and provide similar support to other defense and civilian Intelligence Agencies. We are the primary developers of the recently-acknowledged METOC Data Viewer (MDV).
Our specialties include PIR Intelligence Production & Analysis, PIR Extractions Support, and PIR Tracks & In-Depth Analysis. We support each level of OPIR Production and Analysis at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center and provide a full complement of related support to our customers throughout the Intelligence Community.
Radiance analysts and trainers plan, train, resource, assess/evaluate, and operationally support the SMDC 1st Space Brigade S3 Space Control mission in current and future space operations, serving as Space Control Technical Advisors for training and standardization, operations, and plans. Radiance trainer/evaluators also provide space and cyberspace systems training and certification support to deployed Theater Missile Warning (TMW) Detachments/Companies, Army Space Support Teams (ARSSTs), Space Control Planning Teams, Space Control Detachments, and Special Missions Detachments.
Our Space SMEs provide holistic Army space support throughout space asset deployment/installation, system operation, fabrication and field engineering, and machine equipment operation. The Radiance team has significant experience designing, developing, and operating ground stations to support deployed Army space capabilities.
Radiance provides system design and development, including architectures, concept of operations (CONOPs), training, accreditation, and pre-deployment surveys, verification and validation testing, and acceptance testing. Our team was instrumental in the establishment and execution of the Unites States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Technical Center (TC) Labs.
Radiance provides optimal support to maximize Army space program effectiveness and mission life through maintenance and decommissioning, operation and readiness, reliability engineering, daily operations, training, and anomaly support. Our space SMEs were instrumental to the establishment and execution of the USASMDC TC Payload Demonstration Laboratory (PDL).
