One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – (OASIS) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.

1. Radiance is an OASIS Small Business Prime Contractor in four pools for OASIS: 4, 5A, 5B, and 6 and is an OASIS Unrestricted Prime Contractor in pool 6.
2. The appropriate pool for a task order requirement is based on the NAICS Code for the activity which is based on the specific requirement of that order. Determination of the NAICS code – an hence “pool” – is ultimately made by the Ordering Contracting Officer (OCO), as is which overall contract vehicle type – OASIS SB and OASIS Unrestricted.

The services to be provided under OASIS are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.

OASIS allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Fixed-Price (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Task orders may also combine more than one contract type (e.g., FFP/Cost, FFP/Labor Hour etc.). Additionally, task orders may include not only labor, but travel, materials and Other Direct Costs (ODCs), incentives, performance based measures, multi-year or option periods. Orders may be may be incrementally funded.
